Tent setup is designed to be simple, and can be undertaken by a member of your staff without the need for technical expertise. The Tent implementation support days included within the annual package are sufficient to guide your staff through this process. For the monthly subscription these days are not included, but can be bought at a rate of £450 a day if required.
Pro customers will also need to pay for their own Zapier subscription to take advantage of Tent's integration capability. For almost all organisations, the Professional level subscription - priced at £37 a month at the time of writing - will be sufficient. Customers on the Starter package do not require Zapier.
